Let me start by saying I don't know much about Fox for Dos. I have a Fox for Dos 2.5 program that currently calls reports created in R&R Report Writer for DOS v.5. Fox uses a command something like 'Run/0 runtime rrunin 5' to do this. I need to convert to R&R Report Writer for Windows v.2 so the reports will print in Windows 2000 Professional. (They won't print now that the person upgraded from Win98 to 2000).
Anyway, my question is, do I need to change the Fox program to call the reports differently for R&R for Windows? I understand I don't have to convert the old R&R library to actually run the reports in the Windows version, but can I use the existing 'rrunin.dbf' or do I need to use the 'rrwrunin.dbf'? Do I need to use the RRWRUN.exe in any way?
Any help would be appreciated.
