Fowarding to Voicemail

Hi all - I posted a week or so ago on a similar note but have done some investigation and found the following.

If I forward one phone to another example 2222 to 3333 I can leave a voicemail on 3333.
If however I forward twice from 1111 to 2222 to 3333 the 3333 number rings out and doesn't go to voicemail.

Is there a reason for this or a setting I can change.

Yep, put SFA in cls of 2222 or all of them for that matter.

Hmmmm thanks for that but I have set SFA already.

By design a Nortel PBX by default will forward no answer once, by putting SFA in cls it will go twice, it will never go 3 times

1111 to 2222 to 3333

That's it, it will never go any further.

Aha that explains it - thanks. I did discover if you forward manually using the forward button it does work....
