Fowarding Problem

I am having a problem with call fowarding on a BCM 50. This is the receptionist's phone which has a number of analog lines appearing and ringing on the set. Whenever the phone is fowarded and calls are made to one of the lines, voicemail answers. Is there any way I can fix this?

 
dont forward the phone to that extn.

Forward to another extn the does not have voicemail

or Remove the callforward to voicemail off the extn you are forwarding to
try using call pickup. Group pickup F75 or Direct pickup F76 the extn number

 
The set is being forwarded to another set on the system. The caller lands in the general delivery mailbox. I have tested between two sets that are not forwarded to VM and get the same issue.

 
Have you tried just calling the other extension to see what happens?

Shot in the dark but possible that dnd is on and their mailbox has not been initialized so it is bouncing it to the general

There are no forwarding options on the set. It also is not a VM set.
 
Maybe best to call in a tech and look at your programming and fix it in 1 minute instead of us guessing what you have programmed.

There ifs Call Forward and there is Call Forward No Answer, you are no being very clear on which one.
