I was trying to set up foward no answer on a BCM 4.0 thru Element Manager and could not find were to set that up. On the extesions Capabilities i did not see it. I had to go thru the Telset programming to set it up which was under Capabilities. It's not an IP phone so i'm not sure what i did wrong. Any idea where it is located?
