Currently we have 5 sites that all register back to a centralized Call Manger 8.6. Since none of our DID’s overlap we built translation patterns so you can dial anyone at those 5 sites by their 4 digit DID. The problem I ran into is if I forward my phone to another phone at one of the other locations I have to put in the full number of that phone, I can’t use their 4 digit DID. I select call forward on the phone and after I get to the second digit I get “Your call cannot be completed as dialed”. This isn’t something I can see being used much, but was wondering what the fix might be? Thanks
