20-07-01 Class 6 Data 1.
20-06-01 Extension 220 (keyphone), Mode 1 Class 6, Mode 2 Class 6.
11-10-01 *818
11-01-01 for *8 assigned digit 4, dial type 1.
And after that on Extension 220 I pressed,
*818+2 = Night mode ok.
*818+1 = Day mode ok.
*818+3 = M-Night ok.
then I was tried *818, now the system does not accept the code, error tone occurs.
Now I can't set it back to Day mode. The system is SV8100.

Not sure what you did here, but try this;
12-08, group 1, set mode switching to 1 to 3 modes.
Place a night button on a phone, 15-07, button, option 09, second option follow setting in 12-08.
This is a toggle button. each time it's pressed the system switches to the next mode. Set a name in 12-07. Allow LED in 12-08.

Thanks belevedere, I wanted to set Mode change ability only for authorized extensions. So here, Ext 220 is the only extension which can change system modes. Also Ext 220 is only authorized for toggle between Mode 1 and Mode 2. Ext 220 does not authorized for set Mode 3. Here it can set Mode 3. It was the 1'st issue, and then it does not let me to reset system mode back to Mode 1 or Mode 2. It was the 2'nd issue.
In here I set my own service code for mode change. I set *818 instead of 818.
Now I will try as you mensioned, Thanks again

If you use * + 3 digits then MB 11-01 has to have * set to service code as 4 digits in length.

I think that would be the issue, Many thanks and I will try.
