Forwording external call using IPOffice

Coucou, i want forwording an external call to an external number, i have IP office 406 and voice mail pro.

Any body have an idea???

Set overflow time to a second or two in the main hunt group...create overflow group. Set the ext. in that group to forward unconditionally. And set hunt type to linear.If there is a simpler way I would also like to know it.

You can forward an incoming call directly in the incoming call route to an external destination, or through a forwarded user, or by sending it to voicemail and transfer externally from there.
