Forwardinng calls from internal

hello

i am running 9.1.4 and when forwarding is turned on it works when calling from outside but when extn to extn is called it goes to voicemail instead of forwarding.

server edition with sip trunks.

Forward Internal Calls Default = On. When checked, this option sets that internal calls should be also be forwarded when forward on no answer or forward on busy is active.

I used to have super powers but my therapist took them away...
