Hello

When one of our clients are not in the office or busy they would like their calls to get forwarded to a call centre.

So i take it this command will be put in the users shortcode? If thi is correct i have set it up as follows,

*FwD0, Number=Number, line 0, forward number. But htis doent work just goes to voicemail, so would i have to take voicemail off for it to forward?

do not put an entry into the useres short code.
iether set the forward any destination from the useres handset (*07*<destination>#) or set the destination in the forwarding tab withing manager
