Forwarding Your Calls Using ISDN Service (Call Forwarding [CF]—by ISDN)

Im Panasonic installer. I have KXNS500, and use ISDN PRI. I have ISDN DDI table, ex number MSN 365885500 ring to extension 105.
I want to use "Forwarding Your Calls Using ISDN Service (Call Forwarding [CF]—by ISDN)".
I call *7*5 (outside line=036)#(MSN=365885500)#2(desired phone number=0744678823)#. I hard confirmation tone, but when I call 0365885500 result is busy tone. When I make formula to cancel and I call 0365885500 ring the extension 105 , normal.What to do ?
The provider is Vodafone Romania, but the tehnical assistent said me : "problem is in your PBX ". My Panasonic dealer said said: imposibil used this feature in ISDN Vodafone.
What it refers to outside line number (3 digits) ? I have 30 outside line,+6 LCOT (not used).PRI is 007, 008..036.

Call forwarded is activated in program.I have PT telephone.

we have it working on a basic rate and had to put in subscriber number in co line settings to get it to work

we put a key on the phone with isdn services then used the provider code of *21* number and # we did not need the subscriber number as it was sent out on subscriber number per line on basic rate isdn, this is not an option on pri

what is the vodafone forwardward code? it could be *7*5 or (isdn service button with no entry in the code box)(outside line=036)#(MSN=365885500)*21*(desired phone number=0744678823)#

This code is in Panasonic NS500 user manual.

Yes but the local exchange may differ so I would ask them what code would be used forgetting what system it is
