Can you? Here is the situation. 2 sites tied together with pt to pt PRI. Site A has Msg4.0 and site B shares it. Also, if site A closes they want to forward the dial )0 to Site B. I have the dial 0 for site A hitting ext 599 which is a primary cover to 3 attendants. If I forward extension, it is fine, but I also have extension 123, which is a dial 0 for 3 phones. 123 is set as primary cover on the same three attendants. Now, in order to do this I would need to forward 599 and 123 correct? You cannot forward ie, ext 333 which has primary cover for 599 and group cover for 123 and get it to work correct?

Any ideas?

If I am reading you correctly, you want 599 & 123 to be forwarded when SITE A is closed.

Yes, both would have to be forwarded to make this happen.

Also, my understanding of 333 is that it covers 599 and you would like to forward it as well.

Well, the story book says:

"Calls received on any type of Cover button are not forwarded."

Thus, you will not get the results you want (as I understand them) by forwarding 333.
