Can you? Here is the situation. 2 sites tied together with pt to pt PRI. Site A has Msg4.0 and site B shares it. Also, if site A closes they want to forward the dial )0 to Site B. I have the dial 0 for site A hitting ext 599 which is a primary cover to 3 attendants. If I forward extension, it is fine, but I also have extension 123, which is a dial 0 for 3 phones. 123 is set as primary cover on the same three attendants. Now, in order to do this I would need to forward 599 and 123 correct? You cannot forward ie, ext 333 which has primary cover for 599 and group cover for 123 and get it to work correct?

Any ideas?

Specifically, what are you wanting to do?

Pepperz, They are looking to from site A if they need to forward all dial 0 calls to the other office via the pt to pt. But since the dial 0 goes to a group cover with 3 attendants in it and also the dial 0 from the sales folk goes to a phantom station that is Primary covered on one of those 3 phones. I am not sure it will work other than installing a hard phone for the group cover 599 and forward it and a hard phone for 123 the primary cover extension and forward it?

They want to press 1 button to have all dial 0 operator and dial 0 sales calls go to the remote location.

OK, having the phone forwarded will be the easiest way. In other words, if the dial zero for different things is a different extension, each extension will have to be a phone with a forward button, so they will know it is forwarded.
Another idea would be to set up an autoattendant for each of the scenarios, and have the night menu be forwarded to the far network, this may not work if the AA's are set up differently, but it is A way.
