forwarding with announcement

Hi,

I would like to forward a lot of numbers to external numbers, but needs to put an announcement on each diverted call. I do have MIRAN and Meridian Mail. How can i arrange this efficiently?

How about forwarding them to an ACD with a night RAN, (NRRT), then NCFW them to the destination

Yes I have Symposium: is it more flexible than the suggested NRRT?

yes it will be. You'll be able to play different messages at different times of the day. Also you can use one script to control all of the lines instead of havingto alter every acd q if you want t change them.
