Forwarding via screen resolution

Does anyone know how to get a website to reroute to an alternate version based on the viewers resolution? Something similar to rerouting based on browser type?

I designed my portfolio rather stubbornly at 1024x768, but I feel I should go back and do an 800x600 as well.
