Hi all,

I would like incoming email (from internet) with unresolved recipient-name to be delivered to a certain mailbox.
How is that done?

More detailed:
I have 3 mailboxes/accounts:
Bert@company.com
honoree@company.com
John@company.com

If someone mails to Sales@company.com it wil bounce.
How do i configure so that all mail to *@company.com THAT IS NOT DELIVERABLE to any other mailbox goes to Bert@company.com?

Thanks alot in advance!

open exchange admin / internet mail serivce / internet mail / there is an option to change the administrators mail box to the person you want to receive ALL the bounced mail for that server.
Hope this Helps

Thx

bayloff,

thanks that did it!

but now i have still another problem.

I want to restrict some users from receiving mail from the internet. They nee dto be able to send and receive local mail. and th ehave to be able to only send internetmail.

if i remove the SMTP-adress they cannot receive any internetmail. But when they now send mail to the internet the x400 adress is send with it, and when someone replies to this mail, it stillreaches the restricted user.

How can i fix this?

thnx in advance
