forwarding unconditional offsite

having a brain freeze this morning... Remind me, if a caller has their phone forwarding unconditional offsite, then the only way it would go to the internal VM Pro is if the forwarding was not going through, correct? Is there a timer perhaps I am forgetting? I have one user who appears to have forwarding correct, was working fine up until a few days ago. Seems to ring a few times then forward to her internal voice mail. The system status shows a line being seized to complete the forwarding process...
 
And what happens if they manually dial the number to which the calls are being forwarded? - The answer would quite a big clue.

Meanwhile. On lines other than analog, yes, the system will try to reclaim the call if not answered within the users no answer time or if the forward destination returns busy.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
Yeah..I cannot manually dial the number. No one is onsite. They are actually still remote. The no answer timer is what I was trying to remember... I just couldn't think this morning..
