I just started at a new company and they are running a KX-TD1232 connected to a KX-TVS100.
Currently when an external caller calls, the Operator answers the call and transfers it to a persons extension. If that person is not there, the call will ring back to the operator after several rings and she will then transfer them to voicemail.
I am curious to know if there is a way to ring the users extension and then automatically go to voicemail if they don't answer?
This is also the case after hours. The Auto Attendant picks up and if the caller enters the users extension, it goes straight to voicemail. I would like to see that also ring the extension firs and then go to Voice Mail if there is no answer.
Any help or advise would be appreciated.
