We have recently upgraded various customer systems to the latest version 3. We have noticed if you forward a users calls to a mobile the mobile will ring fine however the voicemail on the mobile never kicks in and the mobile just gets call after call without the caller given the oppurtunity to leave a vm.
Am I missing something obvious on the system? I'm sure this worked before the upgrade.
