Forwarding to mobiles version 3 1

Hi

We have recently upgraded various customer systems to the latest version 3. We have noticed if you forward a users calls to a mobile the mobile will ring fine however the voicemail on the mobile never kicks in and the mobile just gets call after call without the caller given the oppurtunity to leave a vm.

Am I missing something obvious on the system? I'm sure this worked before the upgrade.

I suspect you will find that the No-Answer time on the user is recalling the diverted call back to the switch & then retrying the call (if VM for the user is enabled on the IPO you would get IPO Voicemail)

the options are either increase the no answer time on the IPO or deceasse the time on the mobile.

Also a no answer transfer setup over comes this without having to increase the amout of rings at the desk.
