Forwarding to calling group issue

The client is trying to forward a call to a calling group 120.
It will not do so.
In fact, we cannot forward calls to any of the call groups.
We can dial the call group extensions and get there and we can go throught the auto attendant to get to the call groups and it is OK.

You cannot forward an extension to a group on a Magix.
