forwarding to an acd num

hi all I have a dn need to forward in not answer to an acd line is this possible and what
programs need to be done because I did fdn to acd num and is not working thks.
any help appreciated.

i did that but what happens when we call the acd line which use to go
to a tree voice mail they can select options now goes to operator.

Turn the number into an ACD and night call forward to the ACD

Certainely there will be a DN for which you are using the ACD.Then why not you directly use it..?
You can use Call redirecting feature at some specific time of the day or night.
you have to work in :
ld 15
change RDR data..
1for setting the start and end time for call redirecting)
2: Setting number of Ringing cycles after which the call is redirected..if not answered

LD 10
ARTO Here you will give the value you set it in LD 15(option CRT0)i.e 0,1,2 or 3
FDN here give the ACD or DN
then in CLS RTDA
