Hi All
I'm very new to exchange, so please take that into consideration when reading this post. We have a public folder set up to receive emails. That works fine. The emails that come in are for the travel department and contain pdf attachments. The emails are travel itineraries. The subject line for each email that comes into the public folder reads something like this.
"Travel arrangements for Gene Magerr"
Is there a way to create four folders in that public folder like so
A-G
H-N
O-U
W-Z
Then filter the incoming emails so they are sent to the folder with the letter of the persons last name. So my email would go into the H-N folder. Does that make sense? Is this something that can be done?

Thanks all.
