Does anybody have a solution for this, with a Nortel CS1000M running version 5.5, and CallPilot?

Add the other extension in the extension DN field of the mailbox in question

Will that forward all callers to that vm account?

No that won't "forward" the calls to the voicemail. What that will do is allow all "DN's" to be answered by the same mailbox. Forwarding or call forward no answer is done via the PBX.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

All the voicemail accounts except the main one would need to be deleted, in order for all those DN's to be answered by the same mailbox. The only other option would be ACD (or "phantom" DN's). Just thinking out loud.

Yes you would have to delete the other mailboxes as all messages will go to the one main mailbox.
