Forwarding on the Partner R7

This company has a Partner R7. Right now all 8 lines ring all 5 phones and no AA is used. Now at 5 or 6pm the provider has a interface for user's at the company to set remote forwarding options. So it forwards the MAIN line to 1 number. The company would like to forward through the Partner system instead - each phone user would like to have calls forward to their cell phone after hours. So i was thinking about setting up a delayed AA (5 or 6 rings) with selector codes for each user, and forward buttons on each of their phones with. I configured this, but it wasn't testing correctly. I noticed line 1 was assigned in group call distrb. but all other lines were NOT assigned. I assigned them and stil had issues...is this because the provider is currently sharing the Main line for other purposes???

One other thing is that the company has a neighboring site down the road and sometimes calls come in for them...they want to be able to transfer the caller to the other site. How should i set programming to do this?

where is the snag? Does the attendant pick up? If not, it is probably #206 not assigned. Do you get as far as transfering to an extension? If so, it is probably a forwarding issue from the phone. Make sure you allow remote forward for each extension.
 
Let me ask you this...if i need all the phones to each forward to their various destinations at night via AA transfer, how should i set the Line Ownership #208?
 
thanks for the responses fellas, i found my problem to be because of the users personal speed dials. I mixed the personal sd with the system speed dials...
