Forwarding off Partner ACS system

POTS lines at location

We have an extension forwarding off the system to a cell phone. The programming works because the call reaches its destination.

The problem occurs when the call is disconnected. The parties hang up, but the partner system does not release the line. This happens sometimes, not all the time. It does seem to happen on all the lines though.

Any suggestions?

Do a feature 59 on a display phone and report whats on the display 91I had a problem like you describe.
