A caller calls an operator. The operator receives the caller ID information and forwards the call to an internal extension. The caller ID information is transferred to any extension that is a local station to the Avaya switch. The issue is that if the call is forwarded to another switch over an ISDN trunk only the operator's extension appears. How can I preserve the caller ID information over an ISDN trunk.
