Hi There: Here is my scenario: I have customers who dial our secondary main number(738-5499) and then the extension(200). I am trying to have that extension automatically revert back to our main number (738-6400)and have the caller wait in the queue like everyone else. The problem I am having is that you hear a message "the person at extension 7382000 does not subscribe to his system". The main number of 7386400 is in the idc table reverting to 211. I have tried forwarding the HUNT and FDN to 211 - no go. I have also tried making 200 an acd with a ncfw of 97386400 - no go. I was able to use Call Pilot to route but it is too ugly to use. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
Here is a printout of ext 200

add 7382000 as a voice service dn in the mail and point it to the same application as your main number.. another way is to add an idc table to ld 49 and put that on your in bound route.. change 2000 (or 7382000) to the main number when it hits the switch.. if it's not a did then change the atdn target in the trunks in ld 14

If it is an ISDN link with a number block you have coming into your switch, then do an incoming digit conversion (IDC in LD 49) for the 5499 to 6400 and problem is solved.

See sample printout below:

>LD 49

then in ld 16 chg rdb and at the idc prompt enter yes, the nest two prompts would both be 1 in that case for table 1.. which means (as if you need some more options) that it can route all entries to a diff dcno at night.. night is controlled via a 2250 console
