Whenever I have a fallback group set in the incoming call route form - if I want to delete that entry and so have no fallback group, it never deletes! If I delete the whole line, cut it etc- whenever you press ok and go back in, the group is back! I did see this some months ago and found a fix but can't remember it now! Anyone know any workarounds?

Cheers.

Hmm never experienced that but... I would delete the entire incoming call route, and recreate it again. Not that much info to retype so while an unnecessary pain, not a huge one.

That's what I did in the end. But it is a pain if you have 30 incoming numbers and all you want to do is change 1 thing. It works with time profiles etc - you press delete and go back to it and it's gone.

Try adding a fallback extension to a incoming call route and see if you can delete it (as in delete, press ok and go back to it) - I just wanna make sure it's not just me!

Looks like you are right I cant delete it from here either,
looks like another bug report for Avaya.
maby they will fix it with 3.0, Ill let you know as soon as i get my hands on it

I'll let Avaya know also - we have very close relationships with them. Just had pages and pages through on V3, looks pretty cool and some presentations.

Not a majour bug, but one still that exists.

V3.0 does look interesting, But why do all the new VM features require Intuity Mode?
I know it is popular in the US but IPOffice Mode is often better for most users (no need for pasword etc.) it also matches VMlite if a user upgrades.

& yes Peter Audix emulation is a great feature if a customer is already familier with it, one of the things that avay did right :))

Why do you keep picking on me??? *grin*

And there is one really cool feature that ONLY works in ip office mode - the ability to control your mailbox from Phone Manager, which I wish we could use in audix mode. So don't feel too bad.

The thing I think is really cool w/R3 is the modem12 card to replace the modem2... looking forward to mentioning that in sales presentations.

Of course, I won't totally forgive Avaya until they give me the ability to put BRI trunks into my IPOffices here in north america!!

Peter

Hey I think we have some agreement here, I think all features should work in both modes.
