We have an Intuity Audix system in each of two different cities/states - when we got these systems about 10 yrs back, some sort of connection was made between them so we could do 4-digit forwarding of voicemail messages between the locations, even though for example our PBX's are not connected in that way. Our extensions are 4-digit extensions. If someone tries to forward a message from the Audix System at Location A to the Audix System at Location B, there is as much as a 36 hour delay. Where can we look in their Audix system to see a 'schedule' for when forwarding occurs? I do not have access to the other location's system (the one that is forwarding the messages) so I need to be able to tell a newbie there what to look at in their system. Thanks!
