Forwarding mail

I have a user who needs their mail forwarded from my server to another email address. Right now I have it set up to do this thru the rules wizard but, he can't hit the reply button when he receives it at the other place. Is there a way to relay these messages as soon as they hit my mail server up to the mail server at his other place of business?
I am using Exchange 5.0.

You are essentially forwarding mail to him from his old email address. Therefore replying will come back to your server.

Don't know a way around that.
