How do you forward Email in Exchange 2000 to an external Email address? I have tried using the Exchange options for the users in active directory but when I type in the address that I want to forward the mail to it says that this address cannot be found or that the address is missing from the global address list.

Any help would be greatfully recieved.

Hi,

You should create a 'contact'without a corresponding mailbox in active directory. Then you specify the SMTP-address of that contact as the address you whish to forward to. Set the contact as the forwarding address...
