I have a an outside consultant that has an Exchange e-mail account on our server that I want to forward mail to. I do not see a way to forward from the Exchange Administration. Any ideas?

Hi,

1. Create a custom recipient with the consultants real e-mail address (the address you want to forward the e-mails to).
2. Go to his mailbox at your site and choose the properties for it.
3. Choose the tab called Delivery Options.
4. There you can press a button called Modify. Press it.
5. Mark the custom recipient you created in step 1.
6. If you want the e-mails to be delivered to his mailbox in your site too, mark the checkbox called "Deliver messages to both..."

Regards

Lars
