I am trying to set up an email account so that every time some one sends mail to this box it automatically forwards to an email pager. Everything I have tried from the server has not worked. I figured out how to do it from Outlook but if I do it that way Outlook has to be open all of the time. I am sure that the server can do this on it's own with out a client, I can not figure it out.
Please help.

Use Outlook 2000 and you can specify it as a server side rule rather than client side so that it works whether you are in email or not.

This sounds great but I have looked everywhere and there is no option to do this on the server. How can it be done.

Is it something that even needs a mailbox? If all messages go to the pager perhaps you could set up a custom recipient for it that only delivers to the pager. Marc Creviere

That is another way of doing it.

I believe Outlook 2000 runs rules as server side by default.
