Main line (Person A)is MARP'd on his phone (he always forward to Assistant A), this phone forwards to another (assistantA) the assistantA has another assistant she sometimes forward to when out of the office (Assistant B). When a call comes through for PersonA then it goes to the Assistnt B. The assistant B would like to transfer the call to Person A; person A also has the same phone with the his main line on Key 01 which is also forwarded to assistantA. Why is it when Assistant B transfers the call to PersonA it bounces back to her, how can we override PersonA forwarding so if it comes from any of the assistance it will go to PersonA??
