We have an extension that I'd like to forward to another internal extension. Is there a way for me to do that if I am out of the office ? I do have administrator access to the Merlin Legend system.
You need to set one of your lines or DID numbers as DISA, assign a barrier code, then you will be able to call that number, enter the barrier code, dial *33 for Forward, the source and target numbers. Since you have remote access, you can set it up temporarily, do the forward, and put the line back into normal service when you're done.
