I have a customer who has 2 seperate mailboxes, both on 2 different numbers. She wants to forward the messages from one box to the other so that she only has to check one box. Is this possible?

I know I can call forward one phone number to the other, however, she does not want that line to ring in her present location. Is there any way to do this without having it ring to the 1 number?

Example: 1st box 1234, 2nd box 5678 She wants to check messages left on 5678 by having messages on 5678 forwarded to 1234...I hope I am making some sense...anyway. let me know,,

Thanks!

In her main mailbox(say 1234) add 5678 as an ALIAS ADDRESS.
When calls go to voicemail for both ext they will end up in the one box.

you can also use the network forward feature and send all messeges left in one box to a mox on a remote system or your own system.

How do you set Forwarding Mailbox ext without using the node number?
