Forwarding FAX # to another FAX machine 2

I have a user that has a fax machine that is dying. Instead of buying a new fax she wants to forward her fax number to another fax machine. I thought this could be done by changing the ftr option to ftr cfw 4 xxxx but I am unable to enter the extension I want to forward it to. Here is what it looks like.

if it has a handset - take it off hook - hit #1 the 4 digit extension to forward to & hang up. You can do it from the fax, jack, or the tnb on the mdf.

very strange way to do anything... best bet is to either out the set then use ld 23 new acd cust 0 maxp 1 ncfw xxxx the other fax number... if you need to leave it in set a scpw and use rcfw remote call forward..

taking the phone out gives you the lic back as well as the port.. leaving a station off hook is not the best thing for a power supply...
