Forwarding external mail to another user but not forward internal emai

I hope this isn't too strange but here it is. We are on Exchange 2003. We need to have all email from external sources to be forwarded to an employee's supervisor (which I know how to do)but not have internal emails also forwarded to the supervisor (which is what I don't know).

any help would be greatly appreciated.
