Forwarding extensions from the Telephony Manager

I have several IP2004 units on a CS1000 that I need to forward to external cell phones.. how can I do this with the handsets disconnected?

1. Feature codes and a lot of parameters
2. If you're not using all 3 of your RCO definitions, change CFN0 CNF1 or CFN2 to 1, then modify FDN to external number

Delete the phones and make them ACD's NCFW'd to the external number.
