I have a 2616 that has on key 0 X7370, key 1 X7371, key 2 X7372, key 3 X7373, key 4 X7374. These lines circular hunt to each other. On key 5 I have X6386 that the user wants it to forward busy and no answer to the voice mail. Is there a way to do this without changing the forward and hunt on the 1st 4 keys?

I seriously doubt the first 5 keys circular hunt. It is probably just hunting up the key strip. Hunt is probably 000, right? With LHK set to 4? Maybe post a print out of the phone so we can see what you have.

They do not want the calls on the 1st 5 keys to forward, so it was left blank.

So your LHK should really be 4, not 5. I think your only option, and I have done this in the past is to build a 500 set as 6386 and have it marped on that 500 set and then define the hunt and fdn on the 500 set to voice mail. It burns an analog port but I don't see that you have an option. Then 6386 will just be an appearance on the 2616 but marped on the 500 set. Also your hunt is defined as 8250, whats that?

Yes, Thank you! I just changed the LHK to 5 to try it. That is what I thought I would have to do. I appreciate your time! Thanks again.

Agree, you could program the 500 set as virtual, not actual analog port. As long is it's MARP'd, it will control busy/no-answer treatment.
