Forwarding emails

A member of upper management has got me scraping for an answer on this one. He uses Out Of Office Assistant to forward emails to a mobile device. He has a 160 character limit to the message, and is usually above the limit after the email heading is done, leaving no room for his message.
My question is: is there a way to strip the heading (From,To, etc.)from a forward to an external address?

Have you got or tried Outlook Mobile Manager as this can do what your asking and also set only certain messages are sent etc. View the link below and look if your not using this.
