Forwarding Emails

Hi. How to forward all incoming emails to an outside pop3 account on NOTES R5? and is it possible to save a copy on the server, that users can duplicat it again when the connects to NOTES Server in the office? Thanks.

You can create a Simple Agent that works after mail has been recieved and specify the email to which it should be forwarded.
You will probably need the Design client for that, as well as Designer access to the mail db.
