Hi! I'm not very experienced in Lotus.
I've created an agent using the following:
"1) Choose in Menu Create/Agent.
2) Choose agent type Simple Action.
3) Click Add action and select action type Send Mail Message.
4) Select check box "Include copy of the message".
5) By the subject field is button More... Click this button
6) Write address you want to send documents to.
7) Set Subject to be set as Formula
8) In formula write window for subject write for example
Subject" etc...
I've enabled the agent.
In the agent properties I've set it to "after new mail has arrived" to forward.
I have administrator authorization to use agents.
I've tried to enable "schedule" instead of setting it to forward "after new mail has arrived".
But the agent only works if i use it manually. It never works automatically. What am i missing ? HELP ?!
