how do i forward someone's email to an account outside the organisation.do i still have to keep the old mailbox?
i have tried a few things but nothing seem to work and i need this to work a.s.a.p
i use exchange 5.5 and outlook 98
your help will be appreciated

- In Exchange 5.5 administrator, create a custom recipient with that person's name, and outside SMTP address. Next, Open the properties for that users mailbox, click the Delivery Options Tab, and add the newly created custom recipient to the Alternate Recipient Box.
- Otherwise, I believe you can setup a rule in Outlook '98.

Also you can check my FAQ under the FAQ section.

Regards

Lars
