Hello:
On one of my systems, email sends to root get fowrad to an individual's email address. I like to remove the forwarding. However, there is no .forward file exists in the box. Does sendmail has other way to forward or send copy to?
Thanks in advance.
Warren

You will find the forward in Sendmail's aliases file.
Code:
% cd /etc/mail/
% cat aliases

# Foward all mail to me
[b]root: mbrooks@domain.com[/b]

# Basic system aliases -- these MUST be present
MAILER-DAEMON: postmaster
postmaster: root

M. Brooks

There is no forwarding being defined on the /etc/mail/aliases file.
