Forwarding Email from a Web Form

I am having trouble with AD when it comes to forwarding certain emails.

The problem is when we have a php form submitted from our external website, i.e.

http://www.oursite.com,

which is then submitted to info@oursite.com, but does not work. The info account is a user in AD that forwards to 2ndUserAccount, which in turn forwards to a distribution list, i.e. distributionList1.

This all works fine when sending from within our company or from an external email address, but does not forward when the web form is filled out. The email only goes as far as the 2ndUserAccount in the process.

Any help would be much appreciated.
