HI,

I have just implemented a new MS Exchange 2003 server. If we get an email from @example.com I want to do the following:

1. Forward to the intended user as normal
2. Copy to another email address on our domain

I do not want to do this client side as we have a couple of hundred users...

I will end up having several of these scenarios from different domains...

Any ideas??

Journal all emails to a mailbox.
In that mailbox, use a rule to forward emails from <specific contacts> to the relevant parties and delete the email
Otherwise delete email if it doesn't match.

(If you don't delete, your journal will get quite full).
