System is a SX-200 ICP (4.0.1.22). Subject pretty much says it. I need DID# 5552 to ring extension# 1234, which is connected via a T1 tie line. Not real sure the best way to go about this. Was thinking Direct it to a local analog extension, then call forward all to #1234. But that ties up an analog port. Any help is appreciated.

Use ARS to match the digits and point them to the other site. Modify digits will let you convert to the destination digits before dialing.

Where do I point the DID to though in form 55? It's of course telling me that 1234 is not a valid destination.

Do not put the extension in form 55 and instead create ARS digits to match the extension. Use ARS to modify digits and route the call to the other site.

When the digits are not found in form 55 they are dialed on the system without modification. You only need entries in form 55 for translating the digits on the local system.

I tried programming form #23 to go out the correct trunk group with a modified digit entry of #4. In form 22 I created an entry #4, QTD 4, Digits to be inserted "1234". In form 26 created a new entry with Leading digits "5552", one string. Analyzed-5552, QTF-0, Local, Route, 3. Form 55 has 5552 defined but blank for all entries.

This was my first attempt, still just getting fast busy when the DID is dialed. I'm not used to working on Mitel's so excuse my failed attempt :)

Assuming Form 23 setup route 3 and the cor Group was blank

Form 26 doesnt look right

Leading digits 5552 should have "No digits to analyse", 0 follow, Local, route, 3

Alternatively leading digits could be 555 with digits to analyse = 2,0,L,R,3

Form 55 should not have any entry at all that matches 5552 Delete it altogether)

I changed form 26 and used your first suggestion.

I removed 5552 from form 55, but now when I dial that number it's just dead air, click, then a fast busy. I put it back in the table and left D1, D2 and Night unassigned. Now it's just fast busy like it was before. I verified that the site is able to dial 1234 on intercom. What am I doing wrong? I don't see what I am missing.

Got it to work! Thanks for all your help kwbMitel! Much appreciated!
