Hi
Providers "give" us numbers either with the 89 format...(national, for USA it is +1), or 81079... (international, for USA it is 011).
We receive all calls normally and we can forward all of them inside our office to our internal numbers.
But if I try to forward the number that came in the international format back outside, then subscriber A (caller) hears the beeps of the call, but subscriber B (external number) does not receive the call.
There is no information in the CDR (where this call went). The same translation pattern is triggered for both 89 and 81079. I tried to write a pattern for 89107, but there is no difference.
What am I doing wrong?
