Forwarding calls to Cisco Call Handler

We have Cisco Call Manager and Unity Voicemail. Our main office telephone number rings to line 1 on receptionist phone- 222-444-8000. The Receptionist wants to be able to CF all calls (and on busy no answer) to a call handler- 222-444-8332. Call Handler is created as 8332 and we can dial the 4 digit number of the call handler from our telephones and get to it perfectly. When Receptionist phone is CF to the 4 digit number 8332 we get the general VM box 8000. When CF to external # 222-444-8332, we get to the CH as we want. Is there a way to allow telephones to be CF to 4 digit (8332) and get the CH as customer wants?
 
s forwarded, the orginally dialed digits are given to Unity to do a lookup. Create a user mailbox with extension 8000. Give a generic greating and then transfer to the CH after the greeting plays. Or you can just change the CH extension to 8000.
