Is it possible to set up call forwarding to a users cell phone but have the message go to the Avaya voicemail box rather than the cell phone voice mail?
You got to do some testing though, find the right timing for when cutting to IPO VM (mobiles are usually 30 sec).
Keep in mind that the IPO timer starts right away, but it can take 5+ sec before it starts ringing on the Mobile.
Also check the Mobile Answer Guard, so that the call doesn't go to Mobile VM straight away if out of coverage or turned off.
